EMMS Medical Report
Clinical Documentation
Local-first clinical documentation
for emergency, critical-care and retrieval medicine.
EMMS Medical Report provides a structured mobile workflow from mission creation through patient care to final report completion. Available in beta on iOS and Android, with offline-capable, local-first operation for demanding clinical environments.
Workflow
From mission creation to final report
A mission can start before connectivity does. Medical Report structures the complete documentation workflow: create the mission, add patients and crew information, document assessments, vital signs, treatments, consent, refusals and passengers — then finalise with outstanding-item checking and generate a professional PDF for export and sharing.
Draft and finalised reports persist locally on the device, so documentation can continue offline and be completed whenever the mission allows.
Beta Capabilities
The complete reporting workflow
Every capability in the current beta serves a defined step in the mission documentation workflow.
Mission & Patient Creation
Create missions and patient records quickly, on scene or en route.
Multi-Patient Missions
Manage multiple patients within a single mission workflow.
Mission & Crew Information
Capture mission details and crew information alongside clinical care.
Clinical Assessment
Structured clinical assessment and documentation for each patient.
Vital Signs
Record and track vital sign observations through the mission.
Treatment & Interventions
Document treatments and interventions as care is delivered.
Patient Consent
Capture patient consent documentation within the report workflow.
Refusal Documentation
Structured documentation for patients declining care or transport.
Passenger Documentation

Mission Dashboard & History
Mission dashboard and report history supporting the complete reporting workflow.
Report Finalisation
Structured finalisation with outstanding-item checking before completion.
Professional PDF Generation
Generate a professional local PDF of the finalised clinical report.
Device Export & Sharing
Export and share reports through the device's standard share options.
Offline, Local-First
Local-first operation designed to work without connectivity.
Clinical Records
Where clinical information lives
Patient-identifiable and clinical report information currently remains device-local. The beta does not provide cloud medical-record synchronisation or EHR integration.
Reports are generated locally and shared through the device's standard export options, ready for entry into an organisation's approved record process.
Future Direction
Operational workflows in development
Operational and management workflows are in development, including controlled exchange of appropriate non-clinical mission information between organisational tools and the clinical reporting workflow. These capabilities are not yet part of the beta.
Available in beta on iOS and Android
EMMS Medical Report is in an active beta on iOS and Android, running the same core application through native mobile builds.
The beta is local-first and offline-capable: missions, drafts and finalised reports persist on the device, and clinical records are not synchronised to a cloud medical-record service.
Store availability will follow beta programme completion.
