Clinical decision support for emergency, critical care and retrieval medicine.
EMMS provides practical tools for oxygen planning, transport preparation, medication dosing and clinical decision-making in demanding operational environments.

Built From Experience
Built by clinicians, for clinicians.
EMMS is developed from real-world experience in emergency medicine, critical care and retrieval medicine.
EMMS MedCalc began with a simple idea: reduce unnecessary cognitive workload during preparation and transport planning. Patient care often starts before first contact, with oxygen planning, drug setup, equipment checks and transport decisions.
That practical, clinician-led approach now shapes the wider EMMS direction, including documentation and operational tools.
Designed around the realities of prehospital care, retrieval medicine and critical care transport, EMMS focuses on practical decision support, offline reliability and clinical governance.
Tools that work the way clinicians think.
EMMS — Emergency Medical Management Solutions
Why EMMS
A shared clinical foundation
Every EMMS product is built around the same principles: clinical integrity, operational reliability and real-world usability.
EMMS exists to develop practical, clinician-led healthcare technology for emergency, critical care and retrieval environments. Tools that support decision-making, documentation and operational workflows without adding unnecessary complexity.
Offline-First Architecture
Core tools are designed to remain usable without network connectivity. Where accounts, licensing or future hosted services are used, synchronisation occurs only when connectivity is available and required.
Clinical Governance
Clinical content is subject to review and governance oversight. Mandatory clinical disclaimers, validation status and audit-ready design are built in.
Evidence-Based Design
Formulae and reference values are sourced from peer-reviewed literature and established clinical guidelines. Sources are integrated directly within the application.
Real-World Usability
Designed for prehospital, retrieval and critical care environments where speed, accuracy and reliability are non-negotiable.
EMMS Products
An evolving platform of clinical tools
EMMS develops practical, complementary products for emergency clinical workflows, from clinical support tools to local-first documentation and operational management.

EMMS MedCalc
Clinical Support Tools
Clinical decision-support tools for emergency, critical-care and retrieval medicine — available across iOS, Android and web/desktop. Medication calculations, infusions, oxygen and ventilator planning, burns, airway tools, clinical scores, clinical references and governance — designed around practical clinical workflows and offline use.
Optional MedCalc accounts enable cross-device Treatment Log synchronisation.
EMMS Medical Report
Clinical Documentation & Reporting
Local-first clinical documentation for emergency, critical-care and retrieval teams — available in beta on iOS and Android. Create missions and multi-patient reports, capture clinical care and vital signs, manage consent, refusal and passenger documentation, finalise reports, and generate professional PDFs for export and sharing. Mission dashboard and history tools support the complete reporting workflow while clinical records remain device-local.
Current beta keeps patient-identifiable and clinical report data on the device; clinical cloud synchronisation is not currently enabled.
EMMS Stock & Asset Register
Operational Management
Equipment, consumable and asset tracking for operational healthcare environments. Designed to support stock visibility, equipment status and operational readiness across vehicles, bases and clinical teams.
